Bioinformatics Journal Club
We organize the Bioinformatics journal club once a month to promote interaction between the local bioinformatics community and share the latest research developments in the field.
Biocenter Finland Single-Cell Community
The BF Single-Cell Community brings together people working on single-cell data within different BF nodes. The aim is to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing, and offer a forum for discussions about state-of-the-art methodology. We organize regular meetings both on- and offline. If you are interested in joining, please contact Hannu Mäkinen (hannu.makinen at utu.fi).
Courses
We organize three courses each year.
- DRUG2007 Bioinformatics in Drug Discovery (5 ECTS)
- BIOT2308 Omics Technologies and Bioinformatics (4 ECTS)
- DRUG1007 Bioinformatics and Omics Technologies (1 ECTS)
